Online time clock registration on a single device!

With Pontomais Happy, employees can register their arrivals, breaks, and departures in a practical, reliable, and fast way.

As a collaborative application, multiple people can sequentially register time on the same device (tablet). The application is configured by the administrator, who logs in once and enables employees to register their work hours using QR Codes (online/offline) or Facial Recognition; they are the only ones authorized to make necessary alterations.

Advantage! When the system is not in use, it enters a standby mode, saving device processing power and easily reactivated with a single touch for further use.

Another significant advantage of Pontomais Happy is that new registered employees and offline clock-ins are automatically synchronized in the background.

• QR Code
• Quick and secure timekeeping registration!
• Each employee has a unique QR code printed by the Manager through the system. The code can be laminated or attached to their badge. To clock in, employees need to show this code to the tablet's camera for reading; a photo of the employee will be taken during the process.

• Facial Recognition
• The employee looks at the device's camera, allowing the system to recognize their face and register the time.
